The 70 Park Avenue Hotel went through an extensive multi-million dollar renovation in 2004, directed by renowned residential designer Jeffrey Bilhuber, who has worked with major celebrities such as David Bowie and Iman, Anna Wintour, Peter Jennings and Hubert de Givenchy. The hotel is decorated in an array of warm earth tones and rich dark woods. The lobby room features a breathtaking 14-foot limestone and sandstone fireplace.
The hotel also features a 2,000 square-foot Penthouse suite, which has a wrap-around balcony that provides magnificent views from its 17th floor location. This hotel suite can also be divided comfortably into two spacious one-bedroom suites.
