This New York City skyscraper is situated in Times Square on Broadway between 42nd and 43rd Streets. Soaring 48 stories over the heart of the city, the Condé Nast Building is one of the tallest buildings in Manhattan. Constructed between 1996 and 1999, this award-winning structure boasts many examples of green design including environmentally friendly heating and cooling systems.

Home Of Vogue Magazine

The Condé Nast Building houses the offices of many prominent tenants, the most noteworthy being Condé Nast Publications. This global magazine company publishes some of the most popular and respected magazines in the world including Vogue, GQ, Vanity Fair, Bon Appétit and the New Yorker. The offices of Vogue’s notorious editor-in-chief Anna Wintour are located in the Condé Nast Building, which was the basis for the setting of the popular book and movie “The Devil Wears Prada.”

The NASDAQ Ticker

This New York City landmark also features one of Times Square’s most recognizable attractions- the massive NASDAQ sign at the NASDAQ MarketSite. The NASDAQ MarketSite is a dramatic glass-walled seven-story video tower situated at the bottom of the Condé Nast Building. Along with the LED video screen displaying the running ticker of real-time stock market quotes and financial news, the MarketSite features a television studio used by business reporters from networks such as CNBC, Fox News and Bloomberg Television as well as event space for corporate functions.
