No trip to New York City is complete without some serious retail therapy on Madison Avenue. Along with Fifth Avenue, Madison Avenue in Manhattan has some of the most sought-after shopping in the world. From edgy designer boutiques like Roberto Cavalli to iconic department stores like Barneys New York, Madison Avenue is mecca for fashionistas and a must-see destination in the Big Apple.

Upscale Designer Boutiques

Madison Avenue passes through midtown Manhattan, the Upper East Side and Harlem. Most of the shopping is located on the haute stretch between 57th and 80th Streets. Madison Avenue is home to many of the world’s biggest designer brands. Madison Avenue is also home to Brooks Brothers, the oldest clothing retailer in the United States known for their custom suits and tailored jackets. The Brooks Brothers headquarters and flagship store (which features a full-scale indoor PGA Tour simulator) are located at 346 Madison between 44th and 45th Streets.
