Navigating the World's Largest Rug & Carpet Store

With nearly 350,000 square feet of selling space, ABC Carpet & Home is the largest rug and carpet retailer in the world. The building at 888 Broadway features six sprawling floors that are bursting with home furnishings. Stroll through the beautiful displays of giftware on the first floor, including stationery, one-of-a-kind jewelry and Tibet arts and crafts. Head up to the second floor for modern and vintage furniture and lighting by a variety of designers including local artisans. Pratesi sheets and other luxurious bedding adorn the third floor while more casual home furnishings are housed on the fourth level. The fifth floor displays traditional furniture including designs by Ralph Lauren and French Heritage. A collection of decorative rugs can be found on the sixth floor.

Most of ABC Carpet & Home’s rug and carpet selection is located across the street at 881 Broadway. The first floor offers designer rug collections such as Calvin Klein and Stepevi and the custom design studio. The second floor features wall-to-wall carpet and traditional designs including oriental rugs and tapestries. The basement level houses a treasure trove of discounted rugs and remnants.
